FlexITy has developed their processes around the ITIL framework. All processes are measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and fully documented to ISO standards. Key Performance Indicators are set in place to ensure we have a closed loop system that strives toward continuous improvement. Some processes are automated through an ITIL based ticketing system.
