Job Description
Customer Support Engineers will provide end-to-end external and internal support services as part of the FlexITy Managed Services Practice. This position will involve troubleshooting and supporting mission-critical systems, applications, networks and appliances, as well as providing log analysis and problem diagnosis. In addition, this position will also involve working in a sophisticated integration lab to re-create complex problems, and provide proof of concept for the FlexITy Solutions infrastructure team.
We’re looking for dynamic individuals that have direct expertise and experience in the following Vendor technologies to join our Managed Services Practice: Sun Microsystems, Brocade, NetApp, Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks and Symantec.
